Dear Affiliate,
Welcome to the IMS Radio Network! This year we are excited to provide play-by-play for seventeen NTT INDYCAR Series® races and two NASCAR® races! New this year…INDYCAR returns to Milwaukee for a double-header weekend, two races will be under the lights (Milwaukee and St Louis) and the Brickyard 400 returns to the oval at IMS!
AFFILIATE REQUIREMENTS
For 2024, the IMS Radio Network requires stations to carry the Indianapolis 500®, The Brickyard 400® and at least five (5) additional NTT INDYCAR SERIES races for no cost. If your station (or station market group) is unable to carry at least five (5) NTT INDYCAR SERIES races, you will be asked to pay a licensing fee of $750.00.
NOTE! We have a conflict on July 21st. The NTT INDYCAR Series will race in Toronto while the NASCAR Cup Series (Brickyard 400) is racing at IMS. Stations who want to carry the INDYCAR race can “opt out” of carrying the Brickyard 400 without incurring a rights fee provided the rest of the contract is fulfilled.

“The Greatest Day in Motorsports” is back to help your station kick off a full day of racing on Memorial Day weekend previewing both the Indianapolis 500 and the Coca-Cola 600. This show will air on Sunday, May 26th at 10 am eastern and will have 5 local :60 local avails. [Any IMS affiliate interested in also carrying the Coca-Cola 600 (from 5-11 pm eastern) should contact Brad Gillie at PRN (704-792-5868) for contract information]
All race times listed are Eastern Standard Time and are subject to change.
TICKET REQUESTS
To guarantee on-time delivery, ticket requests must be made when completing your contract and received before April 1, 2024. Your station must carry the event for which you are requesting tickets. See page 4 for details.

Race promos, race recaps, logos and other information will be available throughout the year at https://pec.imagencloud.com/. Additionally, custom race promos for your station are available. Reach out to me to coordinate.
ATTENTION NASCAR AFFILIATES
Permission to air a broadcast from the Indianapolis Motor Speedway requires a contract with the IMS Radio Network. Your MRN or PRN contract does NOT grant you permission to broadcast the Xfinity or Cup races at IMS. A station broadcasting or rebroadcasting an event from the Indianapolis Motor Speedway without a contract with the IMS Radio Network could result in a licensing fee of up to $5,000.00.
